Poligon

Privacy

Poligon is in a closed beta run by FleetQ. This page says what we hold about you and why.

Data we hold

  • Access request: your name, email, company and the description of your agent. Used to decide on the invitation.
  • Account: name, email, password hash, team memberships, and the FleetQ identifier if you link FleetQ. Used to sign you in and to send invitations, verification and password reset mails.
  • Test data: the agents you register, the runs you start and their traces. Used to show you the results.
  • Technical logs: request logs and error reports (sent to our own Sentry) that can include IP addresses.

How long

Runs are deleted after 180 days, or earlier when a team owner deletes them. Access requests that are not approved are removed on request. When an account is deleted, its personal data is deleted with it.

Who sees it

The Poligon operators and the members of your teams, according to their roles. A report you share by link is readable by everyone who has the link. We do not sell data and we do not use it for advertising. The beta does not set tracking cookies; the session cookie is needed to keep you signed in.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data. Write to the address that sent your invitation.
